This pre-launch Dockside website has two separate ways to make contact: a request for one opening announcement, and a general note form. Invited beta readers can also complete a separate feedback form. We collect only the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message or feedback.
What the information is for
If you submit the opening-announcement form, we use your email address to send one announcement around the planned launch. This does not sign you up for a continuing newsletter. You may withdraw your request at any time. If you use the note form, your information is used to consider and respond to your message. Feedback is used to understand how clearly this website explains Dockside and what needs improving. Please do not include any confidential workplace or employee information.
Where it goes
Forms on this version are designed to be processed by Netlify, the website host. Form messages will be accessible to the site owner through the hosting account. The host may process or store information according to its own terms and privacy policies. Do not send information you would not want to share through a hosted web form.
Follow-up and questions
Providing your email is optional on the feedback form. You can use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted or to request its deletion. This initial notice should be reviewed and updated when the website and business become fully operational.
